A nice, free-standing and quiet house with a mansard roof (separate entrances). The apartment is located on the ground and is designed for 6-8 people, about 100 meters from the sea, living area approx 80 sqm. The living room is entered on the corresponding terrace. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed and a fireplace set up. There is also a small kitchen, 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with double bed (one of them has direct access to the garden) and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom is with shower and toilet. A television with satellite reception and laundry facilities are in the apartment. The beautiful garden is fenced and offers 400 square meters on an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a parking lot. The facilities of the houses are self-evident garden / patio furniture, or what I do not with to take to the beach. The attic in the summer occasionally inhabited by the owner. | Casa Arianna is located in a quiet zone. The nearby houses, the cottages are only during the summer months by the owners residence. Around high pine trees and Mediterranean plants. From our house you need only one road to go and you are immediately on the beach. San Giovanni is situated approximately 50 km south of Olbia on the east coast, surrounded by a pine forest next to the sea. A very quiet, restful town with the possibility of the sea, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The long sandy beach with very fine sand, extends from Posada to Santa Lucia. The small chapel of San Giovanni directly on the beach is a photo worth. The neighboring town of La Caletta "about 700 m. further, has a sporting and commercial port, as well as numerous restaurants, bars and shops. A huge tower to monitor the coast interrupted by beaches of La Caletta, the tower was completed in 16/17. Century on the ruins of the old tower rebuilt. | |
