Very beautiful Mediterranean villa with large garden and plenty of living space (180 sq.m). The villa offers a total of 10 beds. The living room is tastefully decorated and offers a fireplace, a bar in the lobby lounge. A small TV room with sofa and a small room with a bed, desk and closet adjacent to the entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a large dining table and has direct access to large covered terrace. The terrace is completely covered and there is a fireplace, which can be used to grill as well as to warm to colder spring or autumn days. A bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the hallway between living room and kitchen. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are furnished with double beds and have their own small terraces. The third Bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and one single bed. For equipment includes satellite TV and washing machine. The big, beautiful covered garden offers plenty of space and an outdoor shower. Apartment A and B each have separate entrances and garden are so big that they interfere with each other as a tenant can hardly. |

| Ottiolu is in the seasonal months, a bustling small harbor town with plenty of variety. The marina of Ottiolu offers restaurants, shops, water sports and nightlife. In the area there are: riding, mountain biking, quad trips, go kart, a spa and a world-famous "Pata Pata". In the off-season, I recommend my hometown to visit Budoni, who is busy all year | |
