| Tastefully and quiet located villa for 6 persons, approx. 1 km to the beach and to the centre of Luz, in close proximity to the golf course Boa Vista. The equipment/furniture is very tasteful and elegant. A former Quinta was set up again completely, but its original charm was kept. The environs of the villa are wonderful and make possible a restful holiday as well as many activities. | |

Equipment: 3 bedrooms: 3 double rooms with 2 x 2 beds, 1 double bed(1,80 m wide); living space aprox. 130 sqm, property approx. 17.000 sqm, living room with couch built with bricks in the Arabian style, dining table, kitchen incl. washing machine, toaster, 2 plate cooker, small fridge, coffee maker, fruit-press. Fireplace in one of the three bedrooms, bathroom "en suite" incl. shower with unusual design, one bedroom with two separate beds(bathroom in the corridor), TV(satelite), further badroom with bathroom "en suite", mosquito-nets over the beds and on the doors, big terrace and gril place. Central heating(gaz) available. The water supply comes from well. The house can be rent only from Juin to the middle of September(Austrian owner). |
