| The two-storey house (built 2006) located approximately 300 m above sea level on the hillside with uninterrupted views of the Aeolian Islands and the Gulf of Patti. The upper floor has about 80 m² living space, the basement about 75 m² of living space. Both floors have a shared roof terrace (approx. 45 m²) with stunning views are available. Each floor has a separate entrance.
